Individual solution concepts through IT management consulting
The speed at which the IT landscape is changing, both in terms of technology and in terms of working methods and working environments, is impressive.
New approaches to development are constantly emerging, such as progressive web apps instead of native apps or headless content management systems instead of classic CMS. In hosting there are also far more possibilities than some time ago. Besides virtualization there are new concepts such as cloud computing, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and many more.
We will be happy to find out which technology and which approach is appropriate for your project in an IT consulting session. As trained project managers and agile coaches with experience, we keep the big picture in mind. As web developers with experience in different technologies and contexts, we know the respective strengths and weaknesses of different solution approaches.
After an analysis of the initial situation, we will be happy to advise you or develop an individual solution concept for implementation by an IT management consultancy.

IT consulting for the appropriate process model
The right approach is the key to success. From the very beginning, we distinguish between tasks and projects that are easy to plan and complex tasks and projects.
For us, a project that is easy to plan means that the factors influencing the project are controllable, the requirements are clearly defined and there is already experience from comparable contexts. Therefore, we as experts can make an estimation in terms of time and budget based on our experience and create an appropriate planning. In this case a phase model, such as the waterfall model, is the right choice for the project approach.
Complex projects are characterized by the fact that the influencing factors and requirements can change during the course of the project or are not easily controllable. This leads to the fact that a planning at the beginning of the project does not correspond to reality after a short period of time and must be adapted. In this environment, agile procedures such as e.g. SCRUM or Kanban, play out their strengths. Changes in requirements or priorities during the course of the project are taken into account from the outset.
For 15 years we have been working with waterfall models as well as agile process models and methods. Due to general conditions at our customers or other project participants, we have already experienced the most diverse hybrid forms and would be happy to advise you on this.
